Art of Living is a global organization focused on improving mental well-being, fostering peace, and promoting human values through meditation, yoga, and practical wisdom since 1981. I teach some of the program out of 57 programs of Art of Living. You can register for the program according to your needs.

  • Sahaj Samadhi Program
    Age Group: 16+
    A simple meditation technique to quiet the mind and improve mental clarity. Ideal for anyone seeking stress reduction, enhanced focus, and deep relaxation.

  • Happiness Program
    Age Group: 86+
    This course combines breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga to promote happiness and reduce stress. Suitable for all ages, it helps create inner peace and emotional balance.

  • Art Excel Program
    Age Group: 8-13 years
    This program is designed for children to develop confidence, emotional intelligence, and better social skills. It helps young minds manage stress, enhance focus, and boost creativity.

  • Intuition Program
    Age Group: 5-18 Years
    Focuses on enhancing intuitive abilities through meditation and specific techniques. Ideal for those wanting to increase self-awareness and sharpen their intuition.

  • YES Program
    Age Group: 13-18 years
